This is very good quality. The product was shipped a express shipping at no extra cost to me. I had indicated standard shipping. But the company on its own did the express shipping. The product is very durable and well made. The canvass bag that comes with the product is sturdy and able to hold all of the items with no problems. I found this company by just hitting what size receiver for my 2015 Ford Explorer. Other then that I didn't know about them. A terrific company in which to do business with. I certainly will be a returning customer.

Nice looking ball mount. Coating looks nice and it seems to be a solid piece.

Fits our VW Touareg perfectly and allows us to tow a variety of things now. As can be seen in the pictures the hitch has a +5-inch gap between the bumper and the vertical adjustment pillar and the trailer itself is out further so there's enough room to get to the rear hatch and maneuver the vehicle/trailer.

I needed a hitch that I could haul my work trailer with and still drop the tailgate without dropping the trailer. I looked on etrailer and found one that would work barely but decided to call etrailer and see if anyone had any ideas. Steve answered and looked after I told him my requirements and came up with this. This has a longer distance from ball to pin by a few inches compared to the one I found so my tailgate will still drop even if I’m at an angle to my trailer or on a hill. Also with the adjustable height it’s great. Awesome hitch. Solid for a good price. ??

The Extra Long Ball Mount proved useful immediately upon receipt. Delivery was prompt, and the updates from etrailer.com helped plan transport of several bicycles, simultaneously with a camper trailer. The extended length facilitated use with a Swagman bicycle rack, also purchased via etrailer.com. The product arrived in excellent condition, with correct capacity rating, and works perfectly, and in conjunction with the bicycle rack. I recommend purchases from etrailer.

This was purchased for towing a 7k GTWR utility/landscape trailer with my 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 WT 4x4. I measured for necessary drop before ordering, and the 4" drop is darn near perfect. It's a great help that the 2-5/16" ball comes complete, installed and torqued properly at the factory. Appears to be quality construction, fits and functions perfectly. I have no complaints or issues.

WHat a difference having the right drop has on handling. A great product - highly reocmmend.

Love these. This is my third one. Wouldnt pull a trailer with anything else. Trannys are expensive.

As a full-time RVer, e-shopping is very important for us. etrailer was the right place to shop. Right product, delivered on-time for a great price. You beat the local discount RV store by $25 including shipping. At the same time, I had another outfit send me a clearly inferior product to the one they displayed. Said they would e-mail a pre-paid shipping label for the return (didn't) and tried to put the blame on Amazon. Thanks etrailer for a great experience !
