Most Popular Lippert for 2019 Thor ACE Motorhome

Ordered this product on line, with help from a rep because I was uncertain of the exact model I needed. Rep was patient as we went through my questions and was spot on with the right item. The control panel worked perfectly and had no further issues. I have since sold our motorhome, but when we get another one will not hesitate to call Lippert again if I am in need of parts.

I haven’t had a chance to install the parts I purchased because they are for my motor home which has been put in storage. I have no worries that they are what I need.

Just like the original. Steps are working as advertised.

What can I say, it’s a jack that has been working as intended for a year. I bent the last one in a boa headband move.

The product was exactly as described and was shipped and delivered very quickly. We had a steer tire blow out on our Toter that managed to damage the mechanism for our step, and this was exactly what I needed to fix it. 10/10 will continue to do business with etrailer!

Worked great. Poor instructions. Doesn't state where the O rings go.

I ordered it online and in two days I got it, after watching a couple of videos on installation I installed it when I tried it for the first time I noticed a wobble at the head turned out I needed a new pin the old pin was bent I ordered the new pin from etrailer now it works great.

Part arrived in great condition and the box was intact. Took a bit longer to arrive than we anticipated but it’s all good.

Package was a bit beat up, but the awning arms were well protected inside. I replaced my damaged Dometic arms with these. Easy to install and about a 95% exact fit.

The service was great had my parts in a few days and they were the exact same as the ones I replaced. Have a extra person on hand to hold the awning tube while you switch out the arms and it only takes a few minutes

Easy install, *The hardest part was getting into the narrow part of my pass through.* The leveling works better than it has since we bought the unit a year or so ago. (2016 Jayco 339 flqrs). We had to replace both the control pad and this control box. Now it all works the way it should.

I have a Covid trailer and the Lippert Jack Controller module went out after 2 years. After getting great customer service with etrailer, due to Lippert changing part numbers, I was able to purchase the exact replacement. Installed it in 15 minutes, retracted and then leveled the trailer, followed the instruction to set the new Zero Point level (which took longer than swapping out the controller) and it it worked perfectly. I ordered it and had it the next day too because they had it in stock! Which my neighbors appreciated, since I couldn't move my trailer because the jacks were down and it was stuck ifo my house. Thanks etrailer for coming to the rescue!
