K-Source Universal Dual Lens Towing Mirrors - Clip On - Pair
Great mirror. I use it on a 2019 Ridgeline. It takes a few minutes to set up properly the first time. Pay attention to the clips that fit inside the mirror frame. You may need to readjust your power mirrors after installing these. No big deal. The only issue was the rounded sloping edge of the Ridgeline mirrors. I ended up adjusting the outside buckle all the way but they both held firm for the entire trip with very little vibration on Louisiana highways.
I purchased the KS3990 Universal Dual Lens Clip-On pair of mirrors and found them to be easily installed on my 2016 F-150 Ford truck mirrors. The on-line help video for the 2016 F150 was helpful. They seem to be fairly well secured onto the existing mirrors, which are NOT actually rectangular in shape, as was portrayed in the video. In addition to the upper outside corners, the lower horizontal edge (towards road) has a slight upwards tapering effect. I have test driven the vehicle with the 26 ft. travel camper in tow and the mirrors seem to provide much improved visibility on both sides. We will be taking a weekend trip in the near future to confirm that these mirrors are completely adequate.

The tow mirrors are perfect. They fit well and do exactly what we needed. Customer service was fantastic. I needed the mirrors sooner than the shipping date. I called customer service and the representative was ver accommodating- we received them even sooner than she had said. Have ordered from etrailer before and will continue to do si.
Easy on and off. We use them on a 2017 Ford Edge when we pull out camper.

Have not been on the road with the product yet but the extended mirrors snapped onto the mirrors of my 2014 Ford Edge very nicely. Looking forward to heading down the road with them.
These towing mirrors are good quality and easy to attach to the mirrors on my truck.

A nice alternative for temporary mirrors for trailer hauling. They didn't interfere with the remote mirror adjustment on the factory installed outside mirrors and held securely once adjusted. I used them on a 2019 Honda Ridgeline.
We needed these extended mirrors on our van when pulling our camper. They fit perfect on our 2014 E250. Husband was very happy with the added rear vision they provide. The mirrors stayed put and adjusted even on the interstate. Great purchase!

Mirrors vibrated at speeds above 50 mph. I repeated attempted to tighten them but I could barely make out vehicles in the curb side mirror. I replaced them with mirrors that clamp onto the bottom edge of the factory mirrors.

Simple design and effective Easy to install but my drivers side didnt fit to my mirror good Upper edge was up. Will function, just not quite right
I just wrestled the mirror extensions on. I'm a bit concerned about the 'keeper' screw, it has quite a bit of tension on it. How long am I covered if it breaks? Is it easily available if it does? I'm also not thrilled about the lower edge, it juts down 3/4" past the actual mirror housing. The padding on the bottom of the extensions isn't touching anything, it's about 7/16" - 1/2" from the mirror housing. Please take a look at the pics attached, maybe I have them on wrong...

Out of the box, the mirrors didn't fit properly. I couldn't get the bottom snaps to fit over the edge like they are supposed to. So, I just used a heat gun to slightly soften that area and expanded it just a little. That did the trick. It takes some effort to unlatch the bottom clip so I'm confident the mirrors will not fall off. It's a good design. The actual reflective part of the mirror is easy to adjust and has a greater range of movement than my last mirrors - the ones that fell off. We are looking forward to getting on the road in a couple of weeks for a real test.
I installed these on my 05 chev, they were hard to get snapped on the bottom so I used a small trim tool to pry them out far enough to hook over the edge. It was 30 degrees out when I was installing them and the did not crack so that is a good product. They vibrate going down the road but still better than not know what is behind the trailer.

I received the mirrors in a couple days. My only question is how far in from the outside edge of the mirror (step 2 of instructions) should the felt strip be installed? A dimension would be nice on the installation paper The mirrors arrived very well packaged in great shape. I have a set of these mirrors (cipa) on my 2001 ford expedition and I always like how easy they are to put on and take off. The 2014 vehicle that I am putting them on is a lease so I don't want to scratch the truck mirrors that's why a dimension of how far in to put the felt strip would be appreciated. I will be using this truck to pull my travel trailer and these extension mirrors make it so easy to see what I need to see. These mirrors also help when backing my camper up.
I was hoping to fill out a review of my recent interaction with eTrailer but cannot update a previous review or add a new one. I had an issue with some towing mirror extensions that I purchased where one of the mirrors shattered very very easily. Dena contacted me and offered a replacement and subsequently had the new items shipped very quickly. Just want to say thanks to Dena for her awesome customer service and kindness. You rock!

Easy off and on. The fit on my outside rearview mirror is outstanding. Works great with my 24' Thor. The inside edge of the added mirror lines up perfectly with the outside edge of trailer. Very pleased with the product

Low cost way to extend mirrors. Does not interfere with mirror movement at all. Also still keeps turn signal visible. Only removed 1 star as it is easy to scratch the plastic on the edge of the mirror housing facing the window when installing or removing the mirrors.

Works great. They do work with the F150 mirrors that have the turn signals on the outside edge of the mirror. You just can't see the turn signal with the towing mirrors installed. Fit is excellent, no rattling or vibration. Easy 5 minutes installation.

K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors - Clip On - Flat Mirror - Qty 2
Very good quality construction. Very good fit for a non-custom mount. Thick rubber straps are stretched over the car’s side mirror and hold the mirror well. My car is a 2017 Ford Expedition EL. Note: when you fold in the car mirror the towing mirror partially blocks the progress so that mirror stops early. It is still folded but not as completely as without the tow mirror. And yes, they are two identical mirrors so on one side the straps go up, on the other side they go down.
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! I had great hopes for these mirrors. They look great. They appear to be very adjustable right out package. They fit on my Tacoma securely. They don't interfere with the function of the stock mirrors. Everything was moving along "swimmingly". Then I sit inside my truck to do the final adjustment (moving the actual mirror to get the correct setting and lock it into the "sweet spot"). The new Mirror is very stiff...doesn't want to move. Well, its new...so....Okay, I don't want to ruin anything...so.... No worries, I go get a phillips screwdriver to loosen the back screw a smidge so the friction adjustment can work . Come back start to back the screw out just a smidge...nope...still can't adjust the...wait...unscrew some more....that's not an adjustment screw at all. That just screws directly into the back of the mirror to hold it solidly in place. Worse yet, There is no friction mechanism on the back of the mirror at all. It is one solid piece of plastic. The molded plastic replicates the look as if it has the ability to move, but in reality....There is no way to do small mirror corrections once you have this thing installed. What the Actual people?????!!!!!!???? If you can't do minor adjustments to the mirror while you are in the vehicle, then the mirror is completely useless. I wouldn't recommend this product to my worst enemy. It's a piece of crap. DO NOT BUY!!!! A complete waste of time, money, and shipping costs. Now, I have to incur more shipping costs to send this POS back to etrailer. Hey, etrailer....Do Better next time!!!!

CIPA Universal Fit Towing Mirrors - Strap On - Qty 2
Basic product seems good. The suction pads could be a bit better- my MBZ. mirrors are very roundy at the outer edge, and the devise is a bit tricky to tighten enough to seat all 3 pads. Haven't driven with them yet, but hoping they stay put!
Tried 2 other trailer mirrors and they did not fit our Jeep Grand Cherokee. These fit perfectly, as advertised, and go on very easily. Has made backing up the trailer so much less stressful. And great customer service to boot!!

CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors - Slip On - Driver Side and Passenger Side
I would like it to be extendable a bit further on the passenger side. The driver's side is fine though. The passenger side does not let one see far enough away from the side of the trailer. All in all, I like it better than drilling holes into the doors of my pickup to install huge mirrors. These look way better and are sufficient.
Not long after putting on the truck, the mirror fell off

We haven't used them yet while driving the RV, but the fit is perfect! Very happy with these extenders
Really loved my cipa mirrors on my Chevy. The dodge mirrors are tight if you use the right thickness wedge. Problem I have is that if your backing up and want to pan the factory mirror down for rocks or stumps the overhanging lip of the cipa mirror stopes the factory mirror. Will have to grind some off that lip for factory mirrors tilt up or down to clear for the tilt of factory mirror.

The mirrors fit well are tight on the factory mirrors. My main problem with them is that the straps can slip out of the clips, I lost one clip while driving this way, and the other almost happened but I noticed it before we got to driving.
They seem like they will work although The fit isn't as good as I was hoping. I will find out the first time I do 60 mph in the New Mexico winds. They appear to be worth the price.

The price is right and they are definitely secure and not going to fly off. That being said I did add some foam tape to the inside fwd edge for a snugger fit. I do wish the threaded securement piece was about a 1\2 in longer but overall a great mirror for the money.
They were delivered expeditiously, went right on as per the instructions and they are fully adjustable so I can now see both sides of the trailer when straight. It is a 8.5 foot wide enclosed car trailer. All good here.

I like these but I would have given them 4.5 stars if possible and I'll explain below. The shipping was fast. They arrived in good shape. Right out of the box the construction didn't inspire confidence, these are lightweight. They slide on horizontally to the OEM mirror & fit snuggly, then a wedge is tightened in place between the tow mirror and the OEM mirror to prevent the tow mirror from sliding back off. The tow mirrors are easy to install and from a short distance look better than some of the other "clamp-on" styles. A plus! I have tried these a couple of times at speeds of up to 80mph (we can do that in Idaho), and yes, I don't plan to tow a trailer that fast but a strong headwind would easily exceed an 80 or 90mph effective speed. (we get that in Idaho too) During the tests they performed well, never loosened, no noticeable vibrations in the view. I was impressed. Overall, I would buy these again and recommend to a friend.
I had the mirrors for about four months and one of the mirrors just fell off was not happy. Obviously it shattered on the ground. The adhesive is very cheap on them called customer service. They sent me out a new one, but was told this happens quite often with those. I think the adhesive Hass to be better.
