This truck rack is well constructed and the components are better than expected manufacturing quality.

Best rack on the market, and I’ve owned many! This is my second set of TracRac ladder rack systems. The first in 2006, and it was still going strong until I sold the truck with the rack on it, and now this one I purchased in 2022. Unfortunately, this will be my last one as it will take me into retirement, but it will live on with the new owner that buys this truck! Thank you for manufacturing such a good quality product. The rack is great. Simple to install, extremely sturdy & very well designed. I drove it to Cars & Coffee yesterday & someone asked me what I needed to haul or if I merely installed them "because they look cool." The young lady, Janeth, that helped me was really great! Smart, polite, patient, & above all... knowledgeable about product. I would suggest selling the rack specific for Retrax bed cover. The amount of hardware left over when you add the adapter kit to the standard rack seems really excessive. Rather than be $169 add, it should be a deduct of at least that much.

I had a Thule rack for almost 10 years, but new truck came with a tonneau and the Thule I had was not compatible. This is very solid with the tonneau adapters.Its not as easy to adjust as the Thule but only adjusting a couple times a year, it's ok.

I have not used it yet but i did install it on my truck. may main use is going to be for kayaks. i have a 5 ft beed nissan and a 13 1/2 ft kayak so this will def help out. product seems to be very sturdy.

Box was broken on delivery I notified them and they told Me if anything was missing that they would take care of it. Come to find out everything was still there. Everything went together perfectly. Thank you for the communication. Look forward to working again with you all in the future

Works seamlessly with the retrax rollup cover and not too hard to install. Adjusting the height takes a little bit of work but that is only done on a very limited basis. Allows me to carry my kayaks, a cargo box if I need extra space or paddles & fishing rods so they don't get damaged by closing the tailgate on them.

I split two rack systems to allow us to carry larger ladders. Outstanding service and info from trainer to help make this happen! CSR reps were great to work with.

Order confirmed on Nov. 28, shipped Nov. 30th Arrived Dec. 2nd. Very pleased with the prompt delivery this time of year. Opened the box and the racks look fantastic. Can’t wait to get them on as I am in the beginning stages of building 12x16 shed, and will need the racks to transport rafters.

Very heavy duty ladder rack that does not "whistle" while you drive down the road. Easy install overall, and it is very easy to install and remove the racks as needed after the original install. At the time of purchase this was not available for my vehicle with a short 5.5' bed, but with very minor fabrication the rails for longer beds fit perfectly. I have recommended this rack to several people since purchased a year ago.

Great product! Packaging could be better for the larger pieces (rub marks). My 2018 Ram 1500 quad cab came with some small challenges that I had to solve myself. No videos or written words available. Basically if your bed rails are covered with a bed liner you need to remove the plastic sleeve in the rear stake pockets. Otherwise you won’t get an equal spacing from one rail to the other. You will also need to use the provided rubber tape with the wedges in order to make the rails level. Otherwise it went together great.

etrailer.com is an outstanding company. I purchased a Thule system in January. Due to logistics (my fault) I tried to install the system in April. Three of the attachment arms were incorrect. I contacted Ashley of etrailer, the sales representative who sold me the system, who patiently listened and after receiving the needed photos and explanation, etrailer sent me a replacement system. The new system was installed and the truck is ready to go. Ashley's professionalism, communication skills, product knowledge were excellent. Ashley and etrailers' commitment to solving my issue expeditiously puts etrailer in a class by itself.

Great product, light weight , well built. Customer service is very responsive. have a Ford lighting so wanted a light truck rack. easily removal to save on range/ milage.Made in the USA.
