24x60 Reese Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 500 lbs
This was shipped very fast. Box was large and heavy(what did you expect). This was very easy to assemble. It took me about 15 mins. This is a very sturdy crate. I weigh about 200lbs and it is easily able to hold me. I had to buy a pin to lock it into the hitch, but no big deal. I have always wanted one of these as I do not have a truck. I will be using it to carry extra luggage on roadtrips... Powerwheels to the park, etc... I would highly recommend this product.
Solidly built and carries a decent load, but the bolts rust quickly when stored outside. Not sure why they aren't stainless or better treated for something will be used in the weather.

24x60 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 500 lbs
Ordered and assembled unit, though have not used it as of yet. Seems to be very well made, though is rather heavy, and am having difficulty finding room to store it in the garage. Free shipping on such a heavy item was great!
Good sturdy carrier. Easy to assemble. Not too heavy to lift and attach to vehicle, or remove and store. Used on a 2k mile trip with my 2016 Honda Odyssey. It would be nice to have a brace or hook to allow cargo net hooks to connect at the top corners without sliding left or right. Even so, it did not present a problem.

20x59 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - Folding - 500 lbs
This fit perfectly on our 2013 Honda Odyssey. It extended our cargo capacity and was easy to use on our two week family trip. I like how it can fold up and out of the way when not loaded. It does ride low, so be prepared for some occasional scraping on the road.
I was told this Cargo Carrier was the best option for my Honda Odyssey. I tried to go on vacation and as soon as I left the driveway realized it was dragging the ground. This product was not made for a Honda Odyssey. I would not recommend it for any low profile vehicles.

Yakima SkyBox 21 Rooftop Cargo Box - 21 cu ft - Black Carbonite
The clamp screw is a bit too short. It's pretty light weight
First, I'd like to commend etrailer.com for the efficient, damage-free shipping mode they wisely selected. The carrier contacted me to complete the delivery, and the shipment tracking was very helpful. Second, the sturdy and well-designed Yakima Skybox was easy to install, out of the box to the ATV roof racks, with easy-to-understand instructions resulting in a perfect installation.

17x46 Curt Cargo Carrier for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Steel - 500 lbs
Good sturdy carrier. Easy to assemble. Not too heavy to lift and attach to vehicle, or remove and store. Used on a 2k mile trip with my 2016 Honda Odyssey. It would be nice to have a brace or hook to allow cargo net hooks to connect at the top corners without sliding left or right. Even so, it did not present a problem.
Bottom line: it greatly increased the carrying capacity of my 2015 Honda Odyssey, and made packing and organizing for my recent camping trip much less stressful. Combined with the Curt Cargo bag C18210 and Air Lift 60815, our minivan easily handled the camping needs for our family and our daughter's girl scout troop. The carrier was simple to assemble, and I did not encounter any mismatched hole drillings that other reviews seemed to find on these types of carriers. It latched easily into the van's 2" hitch carrier, with plenty of clearance for the tailgate. Thank you, E-Trailer, for providing such comprehensive measurements from the hitch hole to the edge of the cargo basket. It is details like these, which keep me coming back to this website. On the road, the carrier was rock-solid at highway speeds. I did not hear any rattling or creaks that had me second-guessing during our trip. On the way back from the campgrounds, my wife was driving a second car behind me the whole time. She did not see any swaying or gross movement of the cargo carrier, which was loaded with the following cargo: 1.) 10'x14' 10 person tent 2.) 8'x10' 5 person tent 3.) 9'x10' 6 person tent 4.) 4 sleeping bags Just a good solid product, that I would recommend to anyone else trying to expand their vehicle's cargo carrying capacity.

Thule Motion XT Rooftop Cargo Box - 22 cu ft - Black Glossy
THULE Motion XT XXL was fantastic! A ton of space. Helped free up space in the 2019 Honda Odyssey interior for a Texas to Pennsylvania road trip. My only regret is purchasing THULE crossbars instead of the Honda factory crossbars.

Thule Pulse Large Rooftop Cargo Box - 16 cu ft - Matte Black
This was purchased off of the etrailer.com website as a "damaged" item at a significantly reduced price. The description on the website described the damage very well and the cargo box has no functional issues of any kind. Also, the cargo box arrived much earlier than I anticipated. Furthermore, when I noticed that the box arrived with the load securing straps missing I emailed etrailer customer support and they had Thule send me two new ones right away. Couldn't be more pleased with etrailer and this cargo box. It fits my 2014 Honda CRV with factory crossbars with just a little bit of rear hatch interference (restricts opening by maybe an inch or two, but can still fully use the rear hatch). Can't speak to durability quite yet as I've only used the cargo box a few times to transport skis and snowboard and plan to use it year-round for road trips. A really great, simple cargo box!
The 16 cu ft cargo box fits perfectly on the 2018 Toyota Rav4. Literally takes about 5 minutes, 10min at the most, to set up on the rooftop, and was able to do it without the help of a second person. The box itself weighs very little.

23x59 Stromberg Carlson Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 500 lbs
Carrier and box will be moved to hitch on 209 Solitude Rv to provide extra cargo carrying ability
A good size and very strong. I like the fact that it has a grated bottom, as opposed to a few bars like many of its competitors. There are many holes and notches present for any customization desired. Also makes for a great chair to relax. I also ordered the anti-rattle pin so as to fasten this tightly to the hitch. IMO that should be included with any of these trailer-hitch-Mount accessories.

24x60 etrailer Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - Tilting - Folding - 500 lbs
Robust construction and simple to assemble. I'm not in love with the tilting mechanism requiring two separate hitch pins, but it it seems to work just fine. It arrived in a very beat up box, but the contents were undamaged. One of the connecting rails was slightly bent (appeared to be a manufacturing error and not damage) and required a fair bit of force with a crowbar to bend back into alignment. Quality is perfectly acceptable for the price, just recognize that you shouldn't expect the fit and finish of higher end equipment like Thule.
Fantastic product and customer service to go with it. Thank you.

Thule Motion XT Rooftop Cargo Box - 18 cu ft - Black Glossy
Shipped very fast! The Motion XT appears to be a huge improvement over our older 'u-bolt' style cargo box, specifically the ease of installation. Test fitting the box only took 5 minutes ('21 Honda Odyssey w/ factory roof rack). I can't wait to use it during our upcoming trip. I also really appreciated the product videos on etrailer, which steered me from the Force XT to the Motion XT. I think the Motion XT's latching system is extremely user friendly, and I am sure will be my second favorite feature (next to ease of installation). This is my second purchase from etrailer, the first being parts for my aforementioned 'u-bolt' style cargo box (latches, spare keys, etc). I have had great experiences with both of my purchases, and will certainly use etrailer again in the future.

Yakima SkyBox 18 Rooftop Cargo Box - 18 cu ft - Black Carbonite
I replaced an old Thule box with this. My opinion is that the locking mechanism, the clamping system, and the hinges are superior to the Thule's. Especially the locking mechanism. I used to have to wrestle the Thule box to get things lined up so that I could close and lock the box. And the bonus is that this box was less money (than an equivalent Thule) and eTrailer shipped it for free!
Fit was perfect will be using it for a long time to come it heavy for one person to try and load it up on the vehicle though

Surco Products Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2013 Honda Odyssey
Today in this 2013 Honda Odyssey we're going to be test fitting the 20x48 Surco cargo carrier for 1-1/4 inch hitches, Part Number 52017. If you take a look here, we actually have a nice open mesh flooring here, which is going to make it a lot easier to clean, once you remove what it is you've been hauling. It also has these bars here, all the way around the cargo carrier, which will provide nice tie down points to secure your cargo while you're driving. The exhaust is actually on the passenger side and faces down, so you're not going to have to worry about any heat-sensitive materials while you are driving. So now I'm going to go ahead and give you some measurements. It will give you a better idea of how much distance has been added to the vehicle, once you install this cargo carrier. I'm going to go ahead and measure from the bumper. So to this point here, that's going to be about 23-3/4 inches. For ground clearance, it's going to be about 12 inches. And for the closest point to the bumper, which is going to be right about here, it's going to be about 2 inches. Now, of course, with nothing in the cargo carrier we have complete access to the rear hatch of our vehicle to get anything that we need.

Plus, all around the carrier there are nice points here to put down hooks, straps, whatever you need to hold down your cargo. Next I'm going to go ahead and give you some measurements. The first is going to be the total distance added to the vehicle once the cargo carrier is installed. That's going to be this point here and that's going to be about 28 inches. Next I'll go ahead and do the ground clearance down here at the end.
