Timbren Suspension Enhancement System - Rear Axle
These keep my truck level with my slide in camper on board. It no longer rests on the helper springs. I have gained over 2” of height on the bed. Super easy to install. They also are noticeable on corners. Not nearly as much lean.
The original timbrens were much too stiff and resulted in the elongation of the hitch pin holes. I opened a line of communication with Timbren had me make very specific measurements, and sent me replacement springs (shorter). I have not installed them yet (and have not found need for them). In my opinion these are only appropriate for heavy, permanent loads such as a slide in camper or welding setup and such. I would not recommend them for periodic loading applications of less than 50% payload capacity on a 22 F350 SRW Timbren customer service was excellent

Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System
Installed these Timbrens on my 2016 F350 to enhance the stability of my truck for a slide in truck camper. Have loved the results of them. They have noticeably helped leveling the truck/camper combo, and sway while driving. When the camper is off the truck these are not engaged. Have had no issues and would recommend them.
We got these Timbrens for our truck that hauls a truck camper. Took the sway out of driving

Timbren Suspension Enhancement System - Severe Service - Rear Axle
Was able to install these with a 15mm flex head ratchet wrench and lifted the rear of the truck to make it easier. 30 minutes to take off 4 nuts and put em back on. 2 minutes assembling the timbrens with the added spacer. I have a f350 with a salter and plow. Loaded with salt the lights shoot up and in the snow ?? it’s like hitting hyper drive and you’re blinded. These helped big time. Very happy so far.
Works good, as long as you are on smooth roads. Once you hit potholes or cracked/segmented concrete interstates (fully loaded or empty), you will wish you had gotten air bags and a sway bar instead. Installed exactly as directed 1" clearance on axel. Empty: it smacks the axel on potholes or expansion cracks. Loaded: it has just no suspention travel, like riding on bump stops.

Timbren Suspension Enhancement System - Severe Service - Rear Axle
Excellent product, have used before with very good results. Easy to install. Hardest task was removing the old bump stop...
For the most part, the materials seem to be of good quality. Watch out for paint in the threads of the brackets. Both of my brackets had black paint down in them. I was barely able to thread a bolt into one of the brackets. The other one was so full of paint that the bolt started to cross-thread and damaged a couple of threads in the bracket. I used a 3/8-24 tap to re-tap the threads of both brackets which cleaned them up and the bolts worked perfectly. So, if you have paint down in the threads of your brackets I highly recommend chasing the threads with a tap first or you may end up cross-threading because the bolt can't thread correctly. Otherwise, it was harder to get the old rusted nuts of the factory bumpstops off of my 2006 F350 dually than it was to put the new SES on the truck. Make sure when you install them that you have a gap between the SES and the bracket on the axle that the SES will hit. In my case, the spacers were left out so there's around a half-inch or so gap as required. Had I added the spacers, the SES would have been touching while the truck was empty which I think may be the issue with those complaining about a rougher ride after installing the SES on their truck and the truck is empty. You don't want them touching with no weight in/on the truck bed. Rides like factory when unloaded. I put around 1600-1700 pounds on my flatbed which put the SES down onto the brackets that are over the axles. Rides even better than when empty. Soon I'll be hauling around 3800-4000 pounds consistently and pulling around 9000 pounds with a trailer so it'll get a good test then. I would have rated it 5 stars if it weren't for the hassle of all the paint in the threads causing problems (the threads are pretty soft metal as they cross-threaded easily with that paint in them). I had spoke with Timbren prior to purchasing this item from Etrailer. I was told this Severe Service system is for when hauling heavy loads in/on the truck bed, as well as, when pulling heavy loads. The standard SES system is for pulling heavy loads.

Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System
2 stars for the directions. Directions on how to remove the old stops and install the new ones are horrible. It took me over hours to get the first one done, and about 15 minutes to do the second one. The biggest issue I had was, it comes with a spacer, but the directions says... use what you need (when it comes to the spacer). HOW THE &$%$ am I supposed to know what I need. I used the 1 inch spacer, now the front end sits about 1/2 inch higher... do I remove it? 4 stars for the ride. The truck rides great and I can tell a difference in how smooth it rides, but still don't now if I need to mess up my back (bad back) more to remove the spacer (I have to take the front wheels off to get the SES installed). I might wait until I get the hardware installed for the plow to see if I need to remove the spacers (they might bring it back down where it should be). I really want to give this a higher rating. Once you discover how to do the install, it takes a few minutes, but the learning curve is sharp.
The instructions are not very comprehensive. The picture in them shows a nut and bolt to affix the "weldment" to the frame. My 2005 Ford F250 Powerstroke 4X4 frame is threaded where the weldment screws into. The parts bag only had a nut to attach the "Aeon spring" to the weldment and not one for the weldment-to-frame. Luckily the bolt supplied for the weldment had the same thread pitch as the frame threads. I recommend Timbren change their instructions by saying the frame might be threaded. As the instructions state, the Aeon spring is touching the axle bump spot. They fit perfectly and raised the truck front-end about 1/2 inch. Highly recommended
