Once modified slightly, these mirrors work great. For our Chevy Express Van, the collar and hole for the cinching nut needed to be adjusted so the threads on the tightening clip don't have a 20-30 degree side stress on them at the nut. Other than that, they're very good mirrors with little or no vibration while driving. The face of the collar had to be beveled and the hole slotted to allow the nut to angle off correctly. I have universal extension mirrors, but they are noisy and difficult to install. I read reviews before getting these mirrors and was a bit concerned about installation. My answer to that is "read the instructions ". Although the mirrors don't say which side they are for as the instructions indicate. But if you put them on right, they are easy to install. We pulled our 36' camper on the interstate and the mirrors were silent! Visibility was good, we feel quite safe with these on our 2016 Chevrolet Express. Thanks.

After reading lots of reviews on several mirrors, I decided to buy the K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors. Oh how I wish my truck could use the ones that slip over the existing mirrors! I was prepared for a fight, based on reviews, and boy did I get one! I truly needed a third hand when figuring out how to attach these. I was bound and determined that I could do this on my own. No mirrors were going to defeat me! I did ask my husband to come look at them. He started to help but I shewed him away. After a lot of words that don’t normally come out of my mouth and a few tears, the first one was on! Then I had to go do it again in the other side! I’m pretty sure the neighbors heard me yelling. But I persisted! Lo and behold, this 67 year old Grammy did it! It was clear they would not stay on by themselves, so I grabbed a couple of bungee cords and wrapped them around the housing and they aren’t going anywhere. I have left them on my truck. No way I’m going thru that every time we return from camping. I will take them off at the end of camping season. Delivery was really fast. I was disappointed that one box was brand new and the other was smashed and taped, an obvious return. I would have been very unhappy if there was a piece missing or if something was wrong since this was my first purchase with etrailer. Overall, the mirrors work, they do not shake and I find I don’t use the truck mirrors now. Very happy with my purchase.

Fitted on 2024 Toyota Tundra SR5 CrewMax Cab w/ Stock Mirrors No vibration issues with either mirror. Turned left and right side clip on mirrors vertical so the did not overlap truck mirrors. Right side no problem with attachment and was able to adjust truck mirror. Could also see father back along right side of a 24’ travel trailer than just looking in truck mirror. Don’t expect to see behind on right side any vehicles tucked up close. Left side mirror attachment had to be modified so I could adjust truck mirror without interfering with clip on mirror lower L “hooks”. I put a rubber blocks under the lower L hooks so they were low enough to get under truck mirror glass yet still clamp to truck mirror housing. A picture tells the story. 7,000 km/4,200 miles later and neither mirror has loosened or moved. No vibration or distortion. Yes, I ran 2 zip ties as safety “chains” from the back straps to truck mirror arm just in case, they’re barely snug. I recommend these.

Wanted to make sure what I ordered would fit my vehicle. Your website offered the product I was looking for. Received in good condition and in a timely manner. Haven't traveled with the clamp on towing mirrors yet but hope they will perform well.

These are Quality Mirrors, very sturdy. Took me about an hour on the first side, (learning curve) but the second side was 1/2 of that. Makes the truck look great and can't believe what a difference they make for field of view. As for function my truck was set up for the turn signal and power mirrors and they work great.

The service from etrailer was great like always. These mirrors are for our 03 Yukon for towing a travel trailer.They are condsiderably larger than the OEM mirrors in the collapsed position, the once extended they are almost twice as long. The only problem I had is the directions are a bit generic and tell you to pry the power window switch panel from the door panel to access the wiring. The picture supplied shows the lock panel being pried off which is correct but the power window is screwed in from the backside so the door panel needs to be removed and then reach behind it to remove the wiring.

Have held up well after more than a year of use. I feel safer towing and parking with these over the oem and other mirrors I have used

These mirrors are great quality very close to OEM . The installation went very well. I did take the door panel off to make it easier to get to the two lower fasteners, just to make sure I didn't loose the nuts inside door. There was very little vibration in the mirrors, I was a little worried about that by reading previous reviews. The mirrors held their positions, folded nicely when parked in tight spots. Everything said this is a great quality product

These mirrors fit perfectly on my 2018 Silverado. They give me a much better view of the trailer and adjacent highway lanes. I would have given it 5 stars but the right mirror is difficult to adjust. I had to go from drivers seat to side mirror and back many times to get it to where I wanted. That's probably just part of the regular process. I don't know how that could be improved. It attaches and is removable very easily.

This mirror extension set was extremely easy to install on my Chevy Silverado. It looks good and seems like it will work well. I have my RV hooked up but haven’t tried them out on the highway. I will be watching for how secure they are at 70 mph. My only surprise was the design on the back side. I expected them to be just plain textured plastic. It’s ok though.

Flawless fit. Simple to install. Side views to the rear were vastly improved over factory mirrors. Easily adjusted by original controls. Biggest improvement is the rear view when pulling a trailer. No regrets for the purchase, other than should've done it sooner.

They are fine for the price but hard to adjust the mirror itself after installation. I’ll be installing the bigger factory trailer mirrors pretty soon.

They appear to be as advertised, well made and should be easy to install. That may change once the rain stops and I am able to actually install them and then use them during the towing operation of our trailer. But i feel pretty confident they will be very helpful.

I haul a 30' travel trailer, and with the stock mirrors on my Ram, I didn't have a very good view of what's behind me, once I added the Longview mirrors I had a much clearer view. They were very easy to mount and stayed secure, not a lot of vibration.

These work better than expected and considering cost are of great value. It is wonderful to finally have flat non-distorting mirrors to aid in backing up and also passing slower traffic.

These worked great on my wife's Yukon. Installation instructions were clear and direct. They held up very well traveling 75 mph down the interstate; No jostling around or coming loose. I loved the additional two mirrors. Having the three total different angles while pulling a trailer was extremely helpful. Would highly recommend this setup.

I guess you get what you pay for. They were easy to install on my Tahoe. The driver side works well as I can see behind my Travel trailer. The passenger side just doesn't work for me. Its a flat mirror (Not convex) so field of view is very limited, I just cant find the right position for it. I also find it a bit confusing as there are now 4 different mirrors to focus on. I think the ultimate solution are the larger telescoping units. But of course they cost more and installation is more involved. I don't trailer that much so I can live with these. Oh, one little annoying thing is they whistle when the window is down(Quiet when the windows are up). I think its the sharp edge. On the plus side removal is quick so when you don't need them they come off easily when not needed.

These mirrors are GREAT!! Exactly what I've been looking for. The fit, adjustability, look are awesome!! They look like they are factory installed. We tow a travel trailer (now with a 2011 Suburban) and vision from the passenger side has always been a problem. I have tried others from different sources on different tow vehicles: there is no comparison and they are cheaper too!! I am so glad I found etrailer.com. I have not used them as of yet, but the fit is very good. The quality is very good as well. I was surprised that I could get towing mirrors for my 2001 Toyota Sequoia.

5,000 plus miles and counting. Leave them on even when not towing. No wiggle. Mountings still secure. Aerodynamic and much more attractive than other mounting systems. Pricy but well worth it. Toyota did not even offer towing mirrors for the 1st generation Tundras!!!

Threw them in the trash. I don't know if the mirrors were at fault or my truck just vibrates too much. Rear vision was useless as the mirror vibrated so bad. I tried to tighten mounting knob but it snapped off. I tried another type of universal towing mirror but the angle of the Dodge door wouldn't allow the installation. I recently tried Dometic aero mirrors and had same issues as the slide on mirrors, bad vibration and mounting screws came loose. Frustrated

So far this might do the trick . A bit concerned on stability after long trip .. we shall see in time !! The passenger side is not as tight as drivers .. again time will tell .

I absolutely love these mirrors! Very easy to install, about 15 minutes per door. Adjustable from inside and no shake. Can't wait to pull the RV with these mirrors instead of the clamp-ons.

I installed these ksource mirrors on my 2006 Chevy Silverado and as advertised the installation was an exact fit. It took approximately 30 minutes per side to install. The mirrors were an exact fit and the wiring was an exact match. I recommend these mirrors for anyone pulling any type RV needing full side views and beyond on either side of the towing unit. The mirrors were extremely easy and the fit is perfect. These look almost like a factory option installation. All lamp and cameras are exposed and not blocked. The individual mirrors are easily adjustable. Great product! Very pleased.

These mirrors helped tremendously when towing my Micro Minnie travel trailer versus stock mirrors on my GMC SIERRA 1500. The extended mirrors enabled to better determine when it was safe to move back into my lane after passing a vehicle and allowed me to see better the vehicles behind trailer. Although there was an occasional slight vibration in the passenger side mirror, it did not disrupt the usability of the mirrors. The towing mirrors took only a minute or two to install and fit perfectly on the stock mirrors. Adjusting them properly takes a little more time and is easier when a second person helps. I am extremely pleased with this purchase!
