Hopefully the holes line up when I install it. It looks heavy duty enough even for guests that stay in the RV. (;-D
Replaces original equipment perfectly. Note: it is made of chrome colored plastic (not chrome). My main issue was it did not come with new screws. Now I need to run to the store and try to find appropriate screws.
Phoenix/etrailer please consider providing new screws with your product!
Easy replacement installation and looks nice. Should come with a matching hose ring though. I’m glad I bought one separately.

Great!!!
I purchased this ring to replace a broken one. It looks nice, and does what its supposed to do but its pretty wimpy, (plastic). They all are. its bound to snap. I will just have to be "gentle" with it.
It is plastic, I believed it to be metal. I could have gotten it much faster elsewhere.
Great product and fast service. Fair price. Will be using your website in the future for sure.
