Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a quick look at this Fortress aluminum threaded cap service kit for Dexter axles. Now this complete service kit is going to allow you to restore the performance of your Fortress oil cap, and this is going to fit 5,200 to 8,000 pound Dexter axles. Again, this kit is made for the Fortress aluminum threaded cap identified by that model number that you see there on your screen. And you are going to get exactly what you see here on my table. You're gonna get these two Dexter logo rubber plugs.
And then you're going to get two of these oil fill plugs. And then two, 2.6 inch in diameter O-rings. So as you know, the O-rings are gonna create a tight seal to keep the oil where it belongs. And it's gonna, this kit's gonna help keep the oil sealed in to lubricate the spindles and bearings. And this is gonna be a pretty simple DIY install.
You're just gonna replace the old components. So really no special tools are gonna be needed. This is directly from Dexter, so you can have the confidence that you're not gonna have any compatibility or fitment issues. So if you have any questions about this or anything else that we carry, don't hesitate to reach out to us. We wanna make sure that you're getting exactly what you want and need.
Well, that's gonna wrap up our look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.
