GSP offers 4 types of CV axles based on your vehicle and riding habits. The OE+ model is an affordable OEM replacement with neoprene boots. The Heavy Duty (HD) axle has a stronger shaft and TPEE boots that are better than OEM axles. The Xtreem Duty (XD) is 30% stronger than OEM axles and includes a thicker shaft for riding hard and racing. The XD is often used on lifted vehicles. The Xtended axle is a specialty product for those with long travel suspensions. It includes the same quality features of the HD axle but is longer to accomodate different builds.

Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this GSP Custom Fit Extreme Duty CV Front Right Axle Assembly. Now this is going to let you upgrade your vehicle's front right OEM setup, and this is designed to fit your 2016 to 2020 Can-Am Defender HD10 and your 2016 to 2021 Can-Am Defender HD8. On custom fit parts such as this axle, I do recommend taking advantage of our vehicle fit guide. Just input the year, make, and model of your vehicle, and our fit guide will confirm if this will work for you or if we have something comparable that will work for you. Now this can be used on lifted vehicles and other applications, and also on your screen, I am including what this is the direct replacement for.

Now this axle does have a thicker center shaft that is 30% stronger than the OEM axle, so this is going to be a great option for lifted vehicles. The oversized joints are gonna let you climb rough terrain and crawl over obstacles. And the flexible and tough TPEE boots are going to resist tearing and cracking. So they're gonna hold up really well for you.
And this arrives just as you see it here, it's gonna be preassembled for a simple installation. This has already been packed with high performance moly grease to reduce friction. And as you probably already saw, the axle nut is included with this as well. The compressed axle assembly length is 26.57 inches, and the inboard spline count is 21, and the outboard spline count is 29. Well that's gonna wrap up our real quick look today.
