GSP offers 4 types of CV axles based on your vehicle and riding habits. The OE+ model is an affordable OEM replacement with neoprene boots. The Heavy Duty (HD) axle has a stronger shaft and TPEE boots that are better than OEM axles. The Xtreem Duty (XD) is 30% stronger than OEM axles and includes a thicker shaft for riding hard and racing. The XD is often used on lifted vehicles. The Xtended axle is a specialty product for those with long travel suspensions. It includes the same quality features of the HD axle but is longer to accomodate different builds.

Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this GSP Custom Fit Heavy Duty CV Front Right Axle Assembly. Now this is going to let you upgrade your vehicle's front right OEM setup on your 2015 to 2018 Honda TRX 420, or your 2015 to 2019 TRX 500. On custom-fit parts such as this axle, I do recommend taking advantage of our vehicle fit guide. Just input the year, make, and model of your vehicle and our fit guide will confirm that this will work for you or if we have something comparable that will work for you.
Also, I do wanna point out that this is not intended for use on lifted vehicles, and another piece of information that I wanna show you there on your screen is what this is the direct replacement for. So we do also provide this information for you on this product page if you need to refer back to it. This hardened steel alloy shaft is built to resist wear, the material is 40 CRXC, and these oversized joints are gonna let you climb through rough terrain and crawl over obstacles. These flexible, tough TPEE boots are going to resist wear and they're gonna resist tearing and cracking as well, so they're gonna hold up really well for you, and this is going to arrive just as you see it, preassembled for simple installation. These have already been packed with high-performance moly grease to reduce friction.
As you can see here, the axle nut is included, and the extended axle assembly length is 21-and-a-half inches, compressed it's 20 inches. The inboard joint type is a double-offset joint, and this has a spline count over here of 20, and then the outboard joint type is ball with a spline count of 26. Additional specs are listed on this product page if there's some information that you're looking for that I did not cover with you today. Well, I think that's gonna wrap up our real quick look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you.
Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.

Easy install and working great!
Product is fine. It took too long for s hipping.
CV Joint for Kawasaki Teryx.
I like the CV joint. It is better than the original. My order was easy due to skilled staff. Plus the shipping was on time. The price was also very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend. I will be back, thank you Gynger, job well done!.
The product was what I ordered. Thanks.
However, I was disappointed that it took longer to get it than I originally thought it would when I placed my order. That said, I was able to communicate my concerns and the order was delivered. This noted, I will likely order again when I need another part.
I’m not sure how useful an evaluation is at this point because these new heavy duty axles should last through years of use and they were only installed today. They look good now but time will tell. Installation was pretty much like the you tube videos showed although removal of the old axles and pushing in the new ones was physically more difficult than I expected and beyond what the tutorials showed.
