Hello everybody, this is Jeff at terailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this 12 volt USB charger with the two weatherproof USB ports. Now this USB charger will fit a standard 12 volt outlet in your car or your truck, your motorcycle or even your boat. It is a 3.3 amp charger which adapts to your device for safe recharging and you can charge two USB devices at the same time with up to five volts or 3.3 amps available to share or you can use in charge one USB-C device faster. The current adapts to your devices amperage for safe recharging and what's nice is when you do plug this in to your 12 volt power port, these USB ports do light up in a blue color when they're plugged in to make it easy to find the ports in the dark. If you notice, it does come with this removable weatherproof cap that you pop over there and it does protect those ports.
Just line it up with the ports like that and it'll protect those ports when they're not being used and it has this single rubber plug that you could put in the bottom port to even protect it further and then you could have your cable in your top one plugged in there. But again, if you don't wanna use it, you could take the whole cap off if you prefer. But that should do it for the review on this 12 volt USB charger with the two weatherproof USB ports.
This seems to be a quality product and I think it's just what I needed for my particular application.
I use it on my boat to provide USB power to my cell phone, so it was important for it to be waterproof.
