I AM TRYING TO DETERMINE IF A 2014 TOYOTA TUNDRA 5.74V8 SHORT BED OFF ROAD PACKAGE IS CAPABLE OF TOWING A 14,400 LB CARDINAL TRAVEL TRAILER. DO YOU KNOW THE ANSWER OR DO I HAVE TO CONTACT SOMEONE ELSE?

According to the owners manual for the 2014 Toyota Tundra the maximum that the truck can tow is 10,500 pounds and that is for a specific model (2-wheel drive, regular cab, long bed with 5.7 liter and factory towing package).

Since your model has the off road package it is likely 4-wheel drive. Depending on the model code of your truck you might be able to tow up to 9,900 pounds. You will want to consult the truck owners manual to know specifically what your towing capacity is since there are so many configurations of this truck.
