Looking for Horse Trailer Door Latch Replacement

Question:
Looking for a horsetrailer dressing room door latch. The door cut out opening is 4 1/2 x 4 3/4 inch. The trailer is a trails west 2009.

Hey Lexie, the closest thing we have is the # BA65FR. This fits cutouts that are 5-1/4" wide x 4-1/2" tall. The little bit of extra height on your cutout won't be a problem since the face is 5-1/2" tall and would cover the opening. However, you would have to increase the width of your cutout slightly to make this fit. Is it possible to enlarge the cutout?

I used this latch/lock on a 1995 Featherlite 4 place inclosed snowmobile trailer. Super easy replacement and works perfectly.

I installed the door latch on my Silver Star horse trailer. It work great. However the opening was a tad bit bigger than this one. But it doesn’t affect the security or operation of the latch.
