Can Reese 16k Fifth Wheel Hitch be Used in 2024 Ram 2500

Hi. Im new to 5th wheel hitches. Will this model work with a 2024 RAM 2500? I dont think the truck Im looking at has the OEM setup. It does not have the RAM box. What would the installation require? Appreciate any guidance you can provide.

Hey Kevin, you can definitely use the Reese fifth wheel hitch part # RP30047 in the bed of your 2024 Ram 2500 that does not have the OEM pucks. All you need is a set of above bed rails that are confirmed to fit your truck like the Curt # C16427-104 and you'd be set.
Custom fit rail kits like this are the way to go as they do not require drilling into the truck frame. What trailer do you have?
