We have a 2020 Winnebago View 24D and love quiet camping. We’re upgrading from a portable inverter gen to something onboard. Will this Onan be quiet enough for Grand Teton or Acadia? thanks, Sarah in Montana.

Hi Sarah, yes, the Onan Cummins 6k watt generator for on-board use # CM94RR was made for peaceful camping. At full load, it runs at 66 dB @ 10 feet. That's ~60 dB at 50 feet, the exact threshold for National Park Service noise rules.
