Looking For Bike Rack To Use On Trailer With 2" Hitch

Updated 09/12/2025 | Published 05/16/2025

Question:

I want a bike rack that does not tilt. I will be carrying my bikes on my back of my trailer that has a 2inch receiver. I would like to carry five bikes on it. Are there any racks that fit this?

Hello Ryan, thanks for reaching out. That is a pretty big ask, but we do have some options for you to consider. There are a few bike racks out there that are rated for use on the back of a trailer, and even fewer that can carry more than two bikes. There are no 5-bike options, but we do have 4-bike options that can be used on a trailer. Take a look at the following:

- Yakima LongHaul RV Bike Rack - 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Silver # Y02476

- Thule Range RV Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches # TH9057

These are going to be the best trailer-rated 4-bike racks we offer. These hanging style racks work great for most any bike weighing less than 37.5 lbs. It does have an overall capacity of 150 lbs for all four bikes combined.

I hope this helps. Hit the reply button below and let me know if you have any other questions.

Hey Ryan, did you find a solution with one of the 4-bike racks for your trailer? I'm curious to know how it worked out for you, as it could help others looking for a similar setup.
