Is It Possible To Upgrade To Larger Ceramic Toilet in Trailer

Question:

I am looking to replace my existing cheap plastic toilet in my travel trailer, with a porcelain or ceramic toilet that is also much larger. I am nearly 6 ft tall and weight close to 200 lbs, and this toilet is quite simply too small in every sense of the word. Do you have any such toilets for sale that will fit a standard RV setup two bolts and/or with an adapter kit so that it will fit with my current waste tank without too much retrofitting?

I understand your difficulty with this, those toilets are basically made for small children. However, you probably can't add a larger toilet without modifying the trailer. A toilet like the Dometic 320 Full-Timer # DOM87FR requires a rough-in measurement of 11".

This measurement is the distance from the wall to the bolts which will be the center of the flange. If you can add this measurement below I will see what is available. If I had to guess, you're probably off by something like 1/2" like I am in my trailer which is really frustrating. You would either have to modify the plumbing or the wall if that is the case to make it fit.
