I am looking for a replacement Air Conditioner for a Dometic Model 59516.331 15000 but.

Hi Andrew; AC units are currently switching over to the new R32 refrigerant as part of the 2025 EPA regulations so it is the perfect time for an upgrade. This also means old parts are already going away since they aren't compatible with the new systems.
Based on this change I highly recommend checking out the new Furrion Chill Cube. This AC system uses a variable speed compressor making it incredibly efficient. Along with the low power draw it is extremely quiet, to a point it is hard to believe. It has controls built into the ADB and also comes with a remote that acts as a thermostat.
It is setup specific so you have to choose a replacement based on whether or not you have a ducted system and if you have a furnace. You can choose from the following:
-Furrion Chill Cube RV Air Conditioner w Air Distribution Box - Ductless - 18,000 Btu - Black # FR27TD
-Furrion Chill Cube RV Air Conditioner w Air Distribution Box - Ductless - 18,000 Btu - White # FR59TD
-Furrion Chill Cube RV Air Conditioner w Air Distribution Box - Ducted - 18,000 Btu - Black # FR39TD
-Furrion Chill Cube RV Air Conditioner w Air Distribution Box - Ducted - 18,000 Btu - White # FR99TD
-Furrion Chill Cube RV AC w/ Air Distribution Box, Thermostat - Ducted # FR69TD (if you also have a furnace)
-Furrion Chill Cube RV AC w/ Air Distribution Box, Thermostat - Ducted # FR49TD (if you also have a furnace)
