How to Determine Axle Capacity for a 2021 Cool Camp Trailer

Question:

I own a 2021 Cool Camp trailer, VIN 1R9R1E813M1749238 and was hoping you could provide me information related to the axle capacity, spindle size, bearings and seals installed on it so I can purchase parts for maintenance. There’s nothing in my manual or online that I can find and the manufacturer hasn’t responded to my messages. Perhaps you guys have been asked before by other customers. Thanks.

Unfortunately, we don't have that info handy to reference so the easiest way to figure out what you need is to pop your hubs off and check for bearing numbers, and part numbers on your seal. This will not only let us know what replacement parts you'd need, but it'd also give us the other info (axle capacity & spindle size).

If you can let me know what those numbers are I'd be happy to find replacements and get you what you're looking for.
