Replacement Motor For Advent ACM135 AC

Question:

I am looking for a replacement motor for a Advent ACM135 roof mounted RV air conditioner. I found a motor with the model PXX131040199. The motor housing and shafts both ends look like my defective motor that came with the AC, but the motor housing shown in the ad does not have mounting brackets. My defective motor has mounting brackets spot welded to the fan motor housing. Do you have a motor that will fit my needs?

Hi George, the only replacement motor for the Advent Air RV Air Conditioner # ACM135 is the model you mentioned, which is the Replacement Fan Motor for Advent Air RV Air Conditioners # ADV42FR.

This is the PXX131040199 and what you need, though I'm unable to speak to a photo regarding an ad as we don't have any type of advertisement for this motor. So I'm unable to comment on that, I can only tell you this is the correct motor and hopefully that helps.

Does etrailer sell the motor # pxx131040199, and if so, does this motor have mounting brackets attached to the motor housing?

@George We do, with the PXX131040199 being the Replacement Fan Motor for Advent Air RV Air Conditioners # ADV42FR. We just use a different part number for our website, but this is the PXX131040199, and it does have the brackets, yes.
