Troubleshooting Locked Up Trailer Brakes After Rewiring Trailer

Question:
I have rewired my entire trailer and now the electric brakes are locked up. I didn’t know if you guys could give me an idea of what’s going on. TIA

Hey Landon!
It sounds like you may have wired the 12V power and the trailer brake pins incorrectly for your trailer 7-Way plug. If you check out the linked photo I recommend making sure all of the functions match the diagram. Be sure you have them connected per function and not per color as that can vary between trailers.
