Replacement parts for a Sears X-Cargo Rooftop Cargo Box are pretty limited but we do offer the following parts, which have been known to work with this box:

Latch # 03347
Hinge # SR03810
Lock # SR03807

@Robert Compatible parts for that carrier have been discontinued so we only have stock on the Latch # 03347, Hinge # SR03810, and Lock # SR03807

I attached a picture that has the dimensions of the u-bolts that come with the #CTC-18PARTS. The inner width is 3-3/4 inches. We have the Thule #TH09243 which is 4 inches wide and 2 inches deep.
