Will the half-moon vent fit through a 2inch thick wall on my pop-up trailer?

Yes it will, the 2-Piece Polypropylene Trailer Vent # WHMAV2-WAVT2 that you referenced would work on a 2 inch thick wall. You would just need to cut a 3 inch diameter circle hole in that wall and attach either side of the # WHMAV2-WAVT2 and it would function just fine.
