Why Can't Clutchless Motor Replace Happijac 4160
Question:
Good morning Why can I not use the LC759927 for a 4500 motor on the 4160 rear jack I have had them apart it looks like it would bolt up no problem?

This has come up before and we've reached out to Happijac and they said it is not recommended to use the new Replacement Clutchless Motor Head for HappiJac Truck Camper Jacks # LC759927 on the 4160 jacks.
Reason being, is the 4160 is a 2-piece construction ACME screw drive, and the roll pins that connect the ACME screw to the upper assembly can shear with the clutchless motors.
