The combination stopped working on my lock. How can I get it off?

I recommend just trying to reset your RockyMounts Shackleton Combination U-Lock with Mounting Bracket # RKY3510 and see if that fixes the issue.
What you're going to want to do is switch the tab on the bottom from "A" to "B", punch in a new code, and flip the switch back to "A".
