I’m getting the truxedo elevate truck rack system for my 2022 Colorado.. I will be transporting 12 ft Fishing Kayak in the bed with a bed extender most of the time but on occasion will need to transport it on the rack.. what are some kayak carriers that would work

For your 2022 Chevrolet Colorado with the TruXedo Elevate Truck Bed Rack System # TX26NV, I recommend going with the Yakima Kayak Roof Rack w/ Tie-Downs - Saddle Style w/ Rollers # Y04083-04082.

This mounting kit will simply clamp around the crossbars on your TruXedo Elevate system and will allow you to transport 1 kayak that weights a maximum of 80-lbs.

This kit also includes 2 load straps with padded cam buckles to secure your kayak, 2 flexible saddles for maximum support, and 2 padded pivoting rollers to allow the kayak to be easily loaded from the rear of your truck.

I have the tuxedo elavate rack and would like 2 kyack cradles. Which ones can I use?

@KennethG Kenneth you can use two of the Yakima Kayak Roof Rack w/ Tie-Downs # Y04083-04082. These cradles have an 80 lb capacity each, and both include 2 rollers, 2 saddles. 2 load straps and 2 bow/stern tie downs.
