Question:
I have this product in 2008 Ram 3500 single tire. This product was installed in 2009 by an RV company. I have not had any trouble till 3 days ago. the switch will not activate the air compressor. I have double checked all connections they seem good. I traced back to the relay with the relay partially unplugged I took a jumper wire and was able to activate the air compressor pump. one of two things, the relay is bad or the switch at the gauge is bad. I need to get a direction to move forward to make this system working.

If partially removing the relay from the wiring harness and putting in a jumper on your Firestone Air Command I F2158 made it work then that tells me the relay is bad and you can get a replacement with this part:
Replacement Sealed Relay - # F9361
If the switch was bad then you would need to be messing with something closer to the switch side like the wiring. We do have the replacement switch, part # F9039, if you're wanting to swap that out too, but I doubt that's the issue.
