How To Verify Transmission Cooler Return Line On a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan With 3.8L Engine
Products Featured in This Question
Question:
Hey there, I think...but am not sure, that I bought a transmission cooler for my 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.8L last year. I had to some some work and replace the condenser. Just wanted to double check, is it the BOTTOM line connection on the top of the condenser that is the RETRURN for the transmission line? I want to make sure I sent the correct line through the cooler when I reinstalled it. I remember it being the bottom connection of the two on the top of the condenser. Do you know?

Based on the information I could find it appears the bottom line on the radiator is the return line for the transmission fluid returning to the transmission. You can always verify the temperature in each line with the vehicle warmed up using a Thermometer # PTW89722 to verify you have the correct line. This will allow you to install a Transmission Cooler # D13613 on your 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan.
