You may be able to use the Hopkins EasyLift Truck Bed Tailgate Lift Assist # 74211 for your 1993 Ford Ranger. This is a universal fit which will involve drilling holes into your Ranger. There currently are no custom fit tailgate assist devices for your Ranger.
