How is 9-3/8' Telesteps Telescoping Pull Down Attic Ladder a Fit for a 10' Ceiling

Question:
I have a ceiling height of 10 foot to the sheetrock in one place on you specs it says 10 foot and another it says 9 3/8 what is the installed max height?

The Telesteps Telescoping Pull Down Attic Ladder # TE84FR is a fit for 8' to 10' ceilings. The ladder itself measures 9-3/8' tall when fully extended but that's not including the mounting bracket. When you add the bracket that's how this is compatible with up to a 10' ceiling so you're good to go!
