Mounting Dimensions of Convert-A-Ball 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter CAB-C5GX1216 Head

Question:
Can I get some dimensions on the portion that bolts to the fifth wheel pinbox, i.e. bolt hole center to cent as well as diameter? Thank you.

I have attached an image that shows the measurements for the bolt hole to the pin box on the Convert-A-Ball Cushioned 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter w/ Offset # CAB-C5GX1216. The diameter of the mounting surface is 11". The mounting holes are not perfectly square as 2 of the holes are oblong. From round hole to round hole and oblong hole to oblong hole the centers are 5-3/4" apart. The round hole center to oblong hole center is 6" apart.
