Door lock with deadbolt 4.75 x 4.75 opening what lock do I need

The Bauer Products Motorhome Door Lock # BA64FR is the closest we have to the cutout size you have. This door lock requires a 5-1/4" wide x 4-1/2" tall opening so you will need to widen your opening by 1/2'. This door does have a separate door handle lock and dead bolt lock that are keyed the same.
