I need a replacement step motor for a 2019 Jayco Redhawk 31xl. Where do I find the park number to order it?

You should be able to look under the step for a tag identifying the part number. To compare the part number of what your current motor is may require removal of the motor as it it is possible the installed orientation does not allow it to be visible.
You linked to the 26 Series Kwikee Electric RV Step, # LC3711363. If this is the model step you have, you will need the Replacement Motor for Kwikee Electric RV Steps # LC379147. This option replaces most motors for Kwikee electric RV steps manufactured from 1999 to 2005.
