Question:
I have a 2015 Honda CRV EX-L With a Curt wiring harness. My trailer lights will work perfectly with other cars. When hooked to my vehicles, the lights work but not correctly. Both blinkers blink when the left blinker is on and running lights do not work.

It sounds like the powered convertor on your Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56158 is damaged. The best way to test this is using a Test Light # PTW2993. You can check the signals going into the convertor from your 2015 Honda CR-V and see what circuits are getting output on the converter.
In my experience the Curt converters seem to have more of these issues than others. I recommend switching to the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118561 if your Curt harness is damaged. The Tekonsha have less issues with their circuits.
If the circuits are not getting power into your converter you will need to check your fuses for any damaged or missing fuses which are for the trailer circuit.
