When it comes to replacing the motor on your Kwikee steps I recommend The Motor Upgrade Kit for Kwikee Electric RV Steps # LC379145,
This motor will fit step series 22, 23, 28A, 30, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 38, and 40 and your 903206001 is a 32 series. The switch kit allows you to override automatic retraction and lock steps in extended position. The kit includes the motor, linkage, control unit, switch kit, and hardware.
The upgrade kit has a simple installation with cotter and clevis pins, pigtail fasteners, and include hardware.
