If you're wanting to completely replace your Coleman AC system in your Sprinter then I recommend the Advent Air RV Air Conditioner w/ Air Distribution Box, Start Capacitor, and Heat Strip # ACM150CH, or # ACM150BCH for black.

This system comes with a heat strip to help warm up your camper, but I will say that add-ons like this heat strip or even a heat pump for that matter are more designed to take the chill off and not actually heat your camper like a furnace would.

The included start capacitor will help jumpstart the AC when a campsite or generator doesn't provide enough power, which will help prolong the lifespan of your rooftop condenser unit.

If you're wanting to just replace the rooftop condenser unit then I recommend the Advent Air Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Coleman Setup w/ Start Capacitor # ACCOL150, or # ACCOL150B for black, along with the Heat Strip # ACMHD.

This system comes with a wiring harness adapter so that you can easily plug in your new condenser to your current system so that you can still retain use of your air distribution box and thermostat.
