Yes, the Karrier ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire # AM10303 is an acceptable replacement for the 230x75x15 tires that you currently have on your trailer. Since the new tire is going to be slightly narrower(0.2") and shorter(0.3") you will not have any tire clearance issues.
