what is difference 37207-31235 37207-31195 I am looking for QD 12 foot hose with 1/4inch connections on both ends.

If you want just a standard quick disconnect hose the Quick Disconnect Propane Hose - 12' # 37207-31235 will be what you are looking for.
The difference in the two hoses is the former does not have the FPT fitting like the Quick Disconnect Propane Hose - 1/4" FPT x 1/4" MPT - 12' # 37207-31195. FPT means Female Pipe Threads, so you will need this one if you are connecting to a propane device that has a male connection with threads
