Can this Slipper Spring Be Used for Both Underslung and Overslung Axles?

Question:
Is the locator pin in the center of spring the same diameter on both the top and bottom of the spring? Meaning can this spring set be used on either underslung or overslung axles? Thank you.

Yes, the bolt in the center of the Universal Group 6-Leaf Slipper Spring w/ Radius End for 12,000-lb Trailer Axles - 30-1/2" Long item # SP-269275 has the same diameter on both sides of the leaf pack. This leaf spring can be used for both underslung or overslung axles.
