do you have anything heavier for my 16foot dump trailer. what are these raited for ? thanks

I do have an option for you but drop down/swing down stabilizer jacks like part # AR94FR aren't really designed for dump trailers, in order to properly support the weight of a dump trailer you will need to use drop leg jacks on the corners like the Fulton Drop-Leg Stabilizer Jack with Mounting Channel part # FSJ1-SJ2 which is what I recommend.
