There is no relay switch for your 2016 Ram 3500. I have attached a diagram of the fuse box. Here are the fuse's that control the towing functions on your truck.

\F11 (30 amp pink) - Integrated Trailer Brake Module
F28 (20 amp blue) - Trailer Backup Lights
F30 (30 amp pink) - Trailer Tow Receptacle
F29 (20 amp blue) - Trailer Parking Lights
F53 (20 amp yellow micro fuse) - Trailer Tow L Turn/Stop
F81 (20 amp yellow micro fuse) - Trailer Tow R Turn/Stop

If you are in need of fuses I recommend the Standard Fuse Kit - 5 Amps to 30 Amps - 60 Pieces item # PT52FR.

I have a 2016 3500 Dodge RAM pickup. The auxiliary pin on the trailer plug in the bed and on the bumper show no voltage but the rest of the pins work properly. Is there a fuse in the fuse box under the hood that controls the auxiliary pin in the plug on my truck? The one o'clock position pin.

@JohnC Yes, there is. It's most likely the F30 (30 amp pink) - Trailer Tow Receptacle. I recommend checking the rest of the fuses referenced above if that doesn't solve your problem.

I did that. All fuses are good. Pulled the bed plug off main harness. Main harness still shows one o'clock no power. What next?

@JohnC It sounds like you might have a damaged wire somewhere between your fuse box and 7-way. I would get underneath your truck and check and see first of all if there's anything damaged near or on the 7-way. Then work your way towards the front.
