Was wondering if this system or a chip be better for pulling our 32foot powler travel trailer . I have almost 130000 miles.

The biggest performance increase for your 2014 Ram 1500 with the hemi engine would be with the Edge Gas Evolution part # EP85350 as it can give you up to 23 horsepower and 46 ft lbs of torque.
A cold air intake that fits your truck would give you around 10 horsepower so while not a bad option at all the programmer is the best value.
