Will the cts v2 work on my 2018 gmc sierra gas 6.0? The programmer says diesel when you turn it on. So can it be reprogrammed to work with my truck or do I have to buy a different one that will work?

We do not have a CTSV2 that will work on the gas engine option. However the Edge Gas Evolution CTS3 Performance Tuner part # EP39YR will work out for your application.
