Question:
Is there a fuse for the running lights on the truck? My rear side marker lights are out and the rear marker light is out but not my tail lights.

I am not sure what truck you have but it is very common for vehicles like trucks that have factory trailer wiring to have fuses for the various trailer taillight or vehicle taillight functions. So it could be a blown fuse or it could be as simple of a fix as cleaning off corrosion that has developed on the pins of the trailer wiring.
If you grab the owners manual there will be a section that covers all of the fuse box positions.
