I would be happy to help!
To determine which pin box you have on your new 2021 Heartland RVs Cyclone 4006 5th Wheel Trailer you will want to look for the pin box model on the pin box.
For example the MORryde Cushioned 5th Wheel Pin Box # MR37VR you were looking at is a replacement for the Lippert 1776 pin boxes, though it only has a trailer weight rating of 18000lbs which would not be enough for your trailer since it has a GVWR of 20000lbs.
If you do not see the model just send me a picture of the sticker on the pin box that has the serial number and I would be happy to identify it for you.
I included a video of the MORryde Cushioned Pin Boxes for you to take a look at.
