How Much Fascia Trimming During Installation of Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver C13406
Question:
I have a 2018 Toyota Rav4. In the instructions it says to trim the rear facia 4inch in the middle , and 1inch from the edge of the facia. In your videos, it looks like you are cutting way more than 1inch Plus I have the Adventure trim package that has a more corrugated look. I cant seem to find any extra info on this. So I guess My main question is when you install this particular hitch on the 2018 Toyota Rave4 How much of the facia to you remove. Putting this info in the videos would be really helpful as well. Thanks,

When installing the Curt # C13406 you're going trim the fascia about 4" x 1-3/4". I've linked the instruction video of the installation of this hitch so you can check out the process.
