Replacement Lippert Control Module for Kwikee Step 1510000140

Question:

I went out to rv and noticed the steps were out a little, opened door and nothing happened, the steps don’t move, I got underneath and checked for power on the 4 wire plug, have power on two wires, and the light underneath goes on and off when I open and close door, checked for power going to the motor, nothing in either position with door open or close, do you think it’s just the power module or both, this is ona 2018 fleet wood lxe

I checked with Lippert and the part number you have of 1510000140 corresponds with the Revolution Kwikee step and the replacement control module you need then is the part # LC363985. Based on what you described it sounds like the module is bad and that would be what you'd want to try first.
