I have another option for you, but at this time there is not a custom fit trailer hitch receiver offered for your 1963 Ford Econoline Van,
Instead you will need to a universal trailer hitch receiver like the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41990-16 and fabricate the brackets to fit the frame of your van. The brackets can be bolted or welded to the frame at your discretion.
