It's pretty close in size. The ST225/75-15 will typically be about 28-1/2 inches in diameter by about 9 inches wide, while the 7.00-15LT tire will be about an inch larger in diameter at about 29-1/2 inches and an inch narrower at about 8 inches wide.
The # AM10414 7.00-15ST tire you looked at is a Load Range E, with a capacity of 2403 lbs per tire/4806 lbs per axle. In 225/75-15, the # AM10256 Load Range D would have a similar capacity at 2540 lbs per tire/5080 lbs per axle.
